This site is run by Volkan Demirci, trading as Maxxam Art Collective, 27 Ryeland Blvd, London SW18 1UN. If you have any question about your data, email booking@volkantattoolondon.com.
What I collect
- Your application. When you apply for a session I receive your name, email, phone number (optional), location, placement, idea and timeline. I use it only to reply to you, plan your tattoo and keep a record of our booking.
- Messages. If you contact me by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, I keep the conversation so I can look after your project.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you click “Accept”. These are Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. They tell me how visitors find the site and whether my adverts work. If you decline, none of them load.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to my inbox through FormSubmit. Emails I send may be delivered through an email service such as Brevo. Cookie data, if you accept, is processed by Google and Meta. I never sell your details.
Emails from me
If we have been in touch about a tattoo, I may occasionally email you about new designs or available dates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask me to stop.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are kept for up to three years. Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing me. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
